The venue can accommodate up to 100 people for a seated reception. 120 standing/no tables

Yes, outside caterers are welcome. If you need recommendations, we’re happy to provide a list of trusted vendors we frequently work with.

Yes, however, no cash bars and no BYOB from guests are allowed. If alcohol is being served, the renter or designated guests must provide the liquor to the bartender. A licensed and insured bartender is required and must submit proof of licensure and liquor liability insurance at least 14 days prior to the event date.

  • No bottles of alcohol are permitted to leave the bar area.
  • No bottle service or shots are permitted.
  • The sale of alcohol is prohibited.

Unfortunately, we are not. Please refrain from bringing pets inside the building

 Your final balance is due 30 days  before the event date.

To reserve your date, a 50% deposit is due at the time of signing the agreement to secure the event date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event date.

Yes, there is free on-site parking. You must scan a QR code to validate your license plate. There is an additional free lot one block away that you can also scan the QR code to park.

If you want to add additional hours to your venue rental, those can be added to your invoice at a rate of $200 per hour.

Yes, the clean-up fee is $150.
